History

Our company was founded in 1956. In 1963, the company was taken over by Angst+Pfister AG, Zurich.

Technical products for construction and commercial horticulture have been sold since 1967.

Tegum AG was up for sale for succession planning and strategic reasons.

On January 1, 2002, Janico Holding AG took over the share capital, with our former Tricon AG acting as the buyer.

On January 1, 2003, Tricon AG and Tegum AG were merged using the share shell of Tricon AG, but retaining the name Tegum AG. 

In 2004, Tegum AG moved out of Angst+Pfister AG, Zurich and relocated to our janico headquarters in Frauenfeld.
