TEGUFIL® PE

Backfill profile

TEGUFIL® PE is a backfill profile made of polyethylene foam. The Smooth surface prevents water absorption and sticking of the sealant on the profile, which ensures optimal two-sided adhesion favored. The relatively solid material leads to a convex Limitation of the joint depth and thus an increased adhesive surface the sealant on the sides of the joint. On the one hand, this means that full mobility and elasticity of the sealant is guaranteed, on the other hand, the material acts as an excellent insulating material. TEGUFIL® PE is laid using a blunt Spatula or piece of wood with the marking of the required ones Joint depth.

Application
TEGUFIL® PE is particularly suitable as a backfill profile for precisely cut Outdoor joints, floor joints and for joints, that come into contact with water.

TEGUFIL® PUR

Backfill profile

TEGUFIL® PUR consists of open-cell polyurethane foam. The round profile is soft and cuddly.

Application
TEGUFIL® PUR is particularly used as a backfill and insulation material with slightly irregularly cut joints in the interior used.

Note
Joints in which TEGUFIL® PUR was used should, if possible, be come into little contact with water, around the sides of the joint to be exposed to prolonged water exposure. Putty infiltration!
